This topic was mainly to help enterprises in Tianjin to have a better understanding of domestic and overseas listing rules and policies. There were about 400 participants of whom are from 62 state-owned enterprises or their subsidiaries, private companies, Tianjin Listing Office, financial institutions and service agencies, attending this forum. ARC Capital\u2019s experts explained the general policy regarding going IPO in Nasdaq and introduced some practical approaches.
