Our colleague, Rui Cavendish, was quoted by StartSe, the Brazilian \u201cTech Crunch\u201d, on his thoughts about the future of outbound M&A and investments by Chinese companies.<\/p>\n

In his interview for StartSe, our Partner shared his vision that outbound M&A from China will be dominated by the China 500 companies (especially the BAT companies and large SOEs), in high technology sectors, or companies that possess outstanding IP or have a strategic importance to China, and that SMEs will focus on acquiring clients directly through tenders and organic expansion.<\/p>\n
