February 7, 2024<\/strong> – We are pleased to announce that\u00a0 Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited (“Australian Oilseeds” or “Pubco”) <\/strong>and EDOC Acquisition Corp. (“EDOC”) (Nasdaq: ADOC, ADOCW, ADOCR)<\/strong> yesterday announced the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)<\/strong> has declared effective the Registration Statement on Form F-4 in connection with their proposed business combination (the \u201cBusiness Combination\u201d)<\/strong>. The Registration Statement contains vital information about Australian Oilseeds, EDOC, and the Business Combination.<\/p>\n

EDOC will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on February 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, for shareholders of record as of February 2, 2024 (the \u201cRecord Date\u201d)<\/strong>. Shareholders will vote on proposals to approve the Business Combination and related matters. EDOC will file a definitive proxy statement\/prospectus with the SEC related to the Business Combination and commence mailing it to shareholders as soon as possible. The Business Combination is expected to close shortly after the shareholder meeting and is subject to various approvals and customary closing conditions. Upon closing, Pubco is expected to trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market with ordinary shares and warrants listed under the ticker symbols \u201cCOOT”<\/strong> and “COOTW,\u201d <\/strong>respectively.<\/p>\n
